I would like to get into a better area for my next home so I could sell and look for another purchase else where.

There are homes that have a architectural style where they just resemble a traditional log cabin, but are actually wood frame or something else with a foe-wood on the exterior.

I'm giving myself a good amount of time to learn, make connections, find investors, build a team, and everything else that I will come across so that when the time is right, I can find the best possible opportunities for success.

A lot of my friends and other new grad young professionals seem to congregate in areas like Midtown and lower Manhattan or in Williamsburg/Bushwick and Downtown Brooklyn.I know house hacking isn't impossible in NYC, but my most ideal areas with people my age and high traffic are also everyone else's ideal places to live, and are much harder to house hack.

Anybody else using something that's good?

Kyle Zochert:Be very careful.In Texas, once a lien on property is filed, it is on file forever and part of the chain of title until it is released with a Release of Lien.You can research this yourself in the County records, and find a level of comfort depending on your experience with this.You can even buy someone else's opinion regarding whether or not there is a lien on the property.

If everyone else's STR team around you does win and your team of STRs still fail to perform then the issue could be the manager/coach (you).
