I want to expand my real estate holdings in the central florida area.I have experience in owning in island/coastal (tourist) areas and inland locations.I am a buy and hold investor and plan to add 10-20 single family homes or a small apartment building as deals present themselves.

More and more Americans tourists visit the country as its 8 international airports have direct flights to cities like New York, Atlanta or Miami. 

While Sanford lacks a large commercial entity, college, or tourist attraction to draw people in, it is a major through fare for people that work in the Triad.

This is different than Pigeon Forge and Branson vibes which have tons of tourist attractions, and many guests use their STR cabin as a “launch pad” for doing touristy things.So what’s the point of this post?

It's also the Arts capital of Florida, if I were to list all of the attractions I would turn myself into the Tourist Board!

They are a hot tourist area.  

But I'm in a high tourist area and I think most of my guests spend their days at the parks (Orlando/Disney).

Hey Emily, DM me further if you have any questions, however I will give my 2 cents - Charleston will continue to be a hot market forever because of the location and tourist attraction. 

I prefer St George because the economy there is a bit more well rounded whereas Mesquite is mostly a tourist town.

As for the Summer tourist season, nobody really knows what's to come.
