For me, it does no good to be covered for a fire caused by a lightning strike but if someone breaks in and lights the place on fire, you're not covered.

and they viewed my property as a fresh start to their life and treated it as such - I screen all of my applicants on their individual merit and to blindly strike entire groups and categories of population from your applicant pool is not good business no matter what you believe
