Property Mgrs in Atlanta who don't charge 6% commission if sold
Asking for a friend but they can't find a property mgr to rent/manage their single family home in Alpharetta area that doesn't have a 6% commission if they decide to sell their home, even if they sell it to a renter. Any recommendations?
Thanks!

Just to clarify they would have to split that commision with the buyers agent and would not retain the entire 6%. They are basically always your broker of record as the property manager. I do believe this is standard in the industry.
