Get crystal clear on your WHY and then develop the action plan to achieve it.

My first question is one that I think Brandon Turner would ask and that's, "What is your crystal clear criteria?"

If a crystal ball existed I'm sure we'd all be rich so I won't even bother asking about the future but the valuations seem rich for West Hollywood @ $1,200/ ft.

Polishing up my crystal ball, I am expecting a fight on dropping the long-established step-up in basis on inheritances such that we will likely end up with some kind of income limit and/or exemption for principal residences, etc.
