Looking for a lender that would ideally do a construction loan rolled in with the purchase of the home. I'm looking borrow roughly 120k for a full duplex renovation/rehab that could be rolled into a fixed rate 30 yr after rehab is done. Any chicagoland lenders with decent offers? Purchase price is only 150k but the large plot of land it comes with is th real draw.
