;) My MAC's do it automatically.It is great site..But I notice that the REI groups I attend are swelling exponentially in attendance as everyone is looking for RE as a income stream to compensate for years of poor choices in conventional investments & a lot of bad lifestyle choices per se.Referring these people to BP is fun to do as it's well worth a novice to get in depth discussions on all aspects of the enterprise.

@Justin Wotring welcome to the site, I would very carefully look at if you want to touch your 401k and IRA especially for out of state investing, if something were to go wrong it could go very wrong and bleed over into your retirement.

At low enough LTV, you may find a local hardmoney lender to offer you a 2nd at nose bleed rates but I believe the risk is too high for regular lending institutions to offer such loan products.
