Mobile home park vs RV park?

HI group, I am looking at purchasing a mobile home/rv park.  It will be as if I am building the park from scratch as it has been vandalized.  I am going to check it out on Saturday.  It has 44 spaces and I could add 15 more.  Question, would mobile homes be more profitabale than an RV park.  With no more mobile home parks being built, this could be a great opportunity.
