@Jake Baker right - CPAs do love real estate investors with clean and accurate books.

But when it's a small deal and can be covered personally, that will be considered and it may just be a matter of how the loan is slotted on the books, in the commercial loan section.Who the borrower is always makes a difference.Good luck

I'm a leasing professional at Greystar management I've been in the property management for a long time and I love Real Estate industry, I am also working to get my real estate license soon but in the meanwhile I would like to learn and start a property management on my own and in the future build a Real Estate portfolio.

Just like putting money in a slot machine, playing craps, or betting on red there will always be some wins, but that sort of investing it not a good business model.

But I just want to have cash flow forever to travel the world forever while I build some sort of travel business for people who love real estate (no idea what that really means, just want to hang with people who love travel and real estate). 

The judge did say that these delays have become ridiculous and that he wanted it set for 2 weeks out, of course the court did not have any slots available for another 6 weeks.

Even if it's a two-gang or three-gang switch box, they make plates that will cover the one slot you're hardwiring.I'm in the electrical supply industry so PM if you have questions.Thx

Muki Naseer As a dog lover, I would agree with Hattie Dizmond , my only suggestion would be to protect yourself by building the cost of pet damage into the rent.
