Looking for a CPA

Jillian Bibbins
Posted

I recently bought my first duplex in the Dallas-Fort Worth area  and it have been a doosey. I am currently looking for a CPA to help me with tax planning for the future and tax perpetration for the year. I really would love to find someone who can walk me through how to pay the least taxes possible while factoring in my job, investments and rental property. Does anyone have any suggestion on how to find a good CPA or have someone they can refer me too. I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

Thank in advance,

@Kelly O'Keefe I inherited tenants that have decided they want to live rent free, and a few issues were not caught in the inspection. Luckily, the contractor I have in fantastic, so the updates are good very well and he is able to fix most thing that have come up.

I am really look for tax planning in future years and how to set myself up for success. Also how to make their job easier. I am great at keep personal finance but as I read more about rental property there many other nuances that I need to keep in mind.

@Jake Baker Thanks for the suggestion! Currently I am the person with the Google drive full of receipt and am trying to become more organized so make the life easier.
