I'm working on forming a master mind group in Austin right now and having a lot of fun.

Then join a mastermind group, this bigger pockets virtual community is great so take advantage of it (there are lawyers here, CPAs, people with  years of experience in real estate, anything you can think of you about real estate is here, this is literally a gold mine).

I was already in a master mind group with the investor who brought in the financing. 

Your best bet is to learn all you can from the members on BP and even better would be to get a few BPers together from your local market and start a mini mastermind.

Also, I attended the Monthly Northern Atlanta Real Estate Meet-Up/Mastermind for the first time last week and highly recommend attending those to network with other Real Estate investors.

I would love to join a national Mastermind group.
