New to real estate investing. I have been binge-listening to all the podcasts and have been on several webinars to expand my knowledge. My focus is buy and hold properties and look forward to one day cutting back (or - gasp - quitting) my day job. It's a marathon. Thanks Bigger Pockets and all the members for providing such great insight and information. See you in the forums!
