After I finish school this spring, we plan on moving again and renting out the current property.  

@Jd Martin I don't understand how I didn't give enough information.I said 10 units because I graduate at 21 and I want to buy a duplex every year over 5 years, 5x2= 10 units.At the end I'll be 26.

Do you know the top 2 school districts around the area?

Here is how I approach it-Same type of property, bedrooms, bath, etc (if I can find similar houses)I try to keep the Comp properties in the same school districtI go back 3 months to start (the market is different now than it was 6 months or a year ago)Then I account for upgrades, market temperature, etc.That gives me a range- if I feel the property should be higher than average I need to be able to justify that because properties are sold twice- once to the buyer and once to the appraiser

Also, it is a growing community with excellent schools, so it is a high-demand area real-estate wise.

Flack Estates 4/2/22,700 sq. ft 11,000 square foot lot School district 27 Houston- Bellaire Homes in this area are doing two things: 1) They're getting town down and built back up or getting a total rehab.

I recently graduated with a Construction Management degree and am currently working on my Bachelors in Business.
