I've been listening to the podcast every day to and from work & Love it, its a great way to gain new information on those longs drives to work.I'd be into doing a local BP meet up with some other local guys to just talk about the local market and bounce ideas off one another.

The confidence will come when you have a better understanding and have dealt with some rejection.The great thing is that you have these wonderful forums to ask questions, bounce ideas off of other investors, and share your stories!

I like to bounce ideas of my PM and see how she handles issues with tenants.

Talk about quick and tangible results.I was bouncing around different threads the other day, learning, devouring, soaking it all in and I ran across a discussion re kitchen cabinets.

I would love to meet any BP's in the area( since I just missed the Portland BP networking event at Rogue... ) to learn from, and bounce ideas off of.Before stumbling upon BP I planned on finding a duplex in the area to expand my Real Estate portfolio, but after hearing more about wholesaling, I am no longer sure what I want...

Ended up doing my taxes myself but still on the hunt for a good CPA mainly to bounce some ideas around and make sure I'm taking full advantage of everything I'm entitled to.
