Hello everyone, I just recently joined bigger pockets. I'm 25, just recently purchased my first "personal" home, and decided I need to start investing for my future. Real estate has always seemed interesting to me and after buying my first house I'm feeling more confident about the process. And I grew up most of my life watching my father own rental houses and apartment complexes, so I've been exposed to the ups and downs of being a landlord. It seems like I am in the right place to start learning more and having people (with experience) to bounce ideas off of.
