A few cheap modifications like a cold air intake and some high performance spark plugs and wires should allow you to eke out some extra gas mileage, too.

I'm shopping around for a multifamily and ran across a 6-plex that sparks my interest.

I read "The ABC"s of Real Estate" a few years ago and it sparked my interest, but nothing like it is now.
