Unfortunately, in the two counties in which I work--Los Angeles County and Orange County--Craigslist charges $25 for certain listings.

Can anyone recommend a good eviction attorney to handle an Orange County eviction?

Hello everyone,Just want to get feedback on my mailing and some advice on my next step.I purchased a list towards the tail end of November of absentee owners as well as got another from an agent I recently started working with as of last month.On my first mailing I sent 1200 postcards, received 3 calls, 1 appointment, no deals.On this 2nd go around, I have sent 500 "handwritten" standard yellow letters, 3 calls, 1 appointment, no deals.My market in Orange County, CA as many of you know is a tough market.

Matter of fact, what normally works for them (cashflow focus) is counterintuitive in places like Orange County.I think you your investment is a winner, and your perspective spot on!

I remember the owners always complaining that they had to repaint every so often and the paint would peel off.I would never paint bricks unless they were pink or orange.

As you probably already know, Daphne/Spanish Fort, and Fairhope, and Orange Beach, and Gulf Shores, and Foley (to name the major areas) all have completely different personalities and sub-cultures, and very little mixing with the other areas. 

My office is in Sanford, but I work all of Volusia, Seminole & Orange counties.
