Hi all :) I am a wanna be real estate investor. I jut sold my own home and will be relocating to the Alabama Gulf Coast by the end of August. Was looking for real estate deals in that area and just came across one that has me drooling. But alas, it's an absolute auction that requires 15% of sale price within 24 hours, so I'll have to pass, as i don't close on my home for 2 more weeks. That's ok though. I found this one, I can find another :) My goal is to start slowly, purchasing a home or condo on or near water that I can occupy in the winter and  rent out during the summer through a property management while I travel to cooler climates with my husband in our RV. If that proves to be a good experience, then I'll slowly add to my holdings, one property at a time. I'd love to hear about any investor groups in the area and would like to connect with like minded souls. Introduce yourself please :)
