With that in mind,  I started wondering if I could learn what they were supposedly teaching for a fraction of their cost and that's when I found the course "The Simple Man's Guide To Real Estate" by Bill Vaughn - it's not perfect,  its not all hyped up,  there is basically no fluffy bunny that is going to come and hold your hand and motivate you but if you want to learn,  check it out for yourself!!! 

Paint it, go to a window/door company and buy a used one you like for $20, go to home depo and buy/install a window in the existing door, buy a used one from Habitat and paint it.There are plenty of options that will look exactly like what you will get with a new door at a fraction of the cost.

Jewelry is going to be worth a fraction of whatever you paid for it, if you try to sell it.

However, the same property and tenant with only 3 years left on the lease is going to sell for a fraction of that amount because it represents only 3 years of dependable income, after which there are questions (risks) which have yet to be answered.

Even though I own a small fraction of the 100-unit property, the risk is spread out and not having to manage it myself is a beautiful thing.
