My partner and I are super new to the forums, books, and education here.  I would appreciate input on where to get started to avoid the overwhelm.  We're looking into both flipping and multi unit investments. What podcasts would you recommend listenting to in order to get started?  We signed up for real estate rookies and are reading about creative finance.  But the website and podcast history are expansive and we dont know where to begin.  HALP!
