Bank to handle multiple security accounts with NJ presence?

I'm fed up with Capital One. They've literally taken hours of my time, every time, to open security accounts, and then screw them up most of the time due to poor training. Then I found out they have a system for bigger landlords that allows you to do it all online! 6 weeks later they still can't get it completely set up, and I get testy responses when I ask why. I'm done.

So who is set up to give proper service to landlords and not waste their time? What do the owners & managers here with dozens of doors do? Surely you don't go down to a branch every time you move in or out a tenant!
