Anish seems more analytical, numbers guy, sarcastic (in a nice way), less emotion and seems kind of quiet.My advice before getting into an association....

@Gail Greenberg  actually the banks know exactly who is going to default and where.. one of my business partners works with a firm that does analytics for big servicers and banks to figure out  this exact thing so they can set aside reserves for the inevitable.How we can sit here and think that lending practices prior to 08 are the same as todays though not sure how you make that jump... its well known that there were liar loans all over the place sub prime led by Ocwen had MASSIVE loss's. 

I've used City-Data forums also I use crime maps sometimes but i feel that it's not very accurate in depicting thingsIs there a aggregated site that pulls census data/ real estate sales etc and has a lot of analytics for searching markets?

The latest episode that really stood out to me was when economist Mark Zandi of Moody's Analytics was interviewed.Best,

Furnished Finder has some good access to analytics: https://www.furnishedfinder.co...You can search different areas and see the yearly demand and the current supply.

@Carissa MennenWhen it comes to seller finance, I've found that unless someone is hyper-analytical, it's all about the pitch and framing and less about the numbers.

properties we are looking at.....Bid propertiesI want to start tracking history of item we are losing and by how much, etc...analytics, etc.

great math and analytical skills in taught in every level and some great discussions.

With an investor and a listing agent working together with a great predictive analytic data set, the colloboration would work really well.
