Wondering if anybody has experience with MTRs in the Richmond, VA area? Curious how they perform, if condo's are better than small houses, and the guest occupation that request the most stays.

I'm located in Fredericksburg and still figuring if Richmond is the market or if closer to DC, Arlington or Alexandria, would be a better play.

Appreciate any feedback.
