We didin't spend money on vacations and toys.In 2014 I bought 2 new cars.One was to replace a minivan which literally fell apart - bought a nice Nissan Quest.  

This bad news bomb fell last night on us, and we were to close this coming Wednesday. 

But I fell in love. 

My agent jumped on it and I put a lower then list price offer in right away the day it fell out, 3 day inspection, close in two weeks. 

While we usually have our student properties re-rented in February/March for the next academic year, you can still find students over the summer - those who were accepted into a programme late, who's previous arrangements fell trough, or who simply didn't plan in advance.   

Went to the open house, hoping for a potential sweet deal.Talking to the listing agent, said it is a short sale, he had two previous contracts on it that fell through.

Those kind of fake fell good, extreme makeover home edition, endings don't appeal to me, and are not consistent with Adam Carrola's (whom I like) past projects.

I have done RE, I'd say I was pretty successful at it, but it took a lot of studying, had to start at the bottom learning stuff that didn't seem to be very valuable but later it all fell into place.

I'd ask the big guys like @Jerry Puckett , @Sharon Vornholt, @Danny Johnson, @Mike LaCava, and @Aaron Mazzrillo if tagging was working for me...I do not currently have a buyer that could just come in and buy all these in one fell swoop even if they were all good deals.

I have experienced people in Maastricht, but I recently fell in love with Liège, which gives me the added handicap of the French language (Dutch/Flemish is my mother tongue) and no 'power team' yet.
