Investors with Student Rental Experience
Hello people of BiggerPockets,
For the investors that have rented to students, have you noticed it's easier to rent a 1bed/1bath type room better than 2 students sharing the same bathroom? (Even if the price is lower).
The reason I ask is i'm looking at Condo's and SFH's. The condo's have the option of 3/3 or 4/4 but the SFH's that are near the school are all mostly 3/2 or 4/3. There are exceptions but they are priced considerably higher.
I guess my question is, do students mind sharing a bathroom if it will save them some money?
