Newbie in Saint Louis MO, ready to hit the ground running.

Hi all, 

My name is Danielle and I'm a native to Saint Louis, Missouri. Born a raised. Throughout recent years, its been devastating to see the slow demise of my hometown. Neighborhoods are deteriorating, the economy is struggling, and the community is shaky at best. It sucks! 

A little about me, I have a strong Project Manager personality type and background in Design. Currently, I manage projects for Human Resource teams at a large corporation and am slowly dying inside of the monotony and bureaucracy of the corporate world. I miss being creative and hands on. 

I would consider myself obsessed with smart design. My first two homes I designed and built through a builder and sold for a great profit both time; though, not much hands on experience. But I fell in love. 

I am looking for a partner in Saint Louis to flip homes with. Im pretty green in the industry but my drive and passion and willingness to learn and be the best overcomes my lack of experience, id say.

Imagine me as Christina in "Flip or Flop". I want to get my hands dirty, learn the ropes of the hard work/labor aspects, and then spread my wings in the design strategy aspect. 

Im looking for my partner in crime. Teach me your side, ill teach you mine.

@Danielle Thompson have you spent any time at local RE groups?  When I started as a buy and hold investor, then later as an investor-friendly agent, I found they were a great for both networking and learning about RE.  There are several in the region with different styles and areas of focus, pm me if you'd like to chat.
