So bringing investors into a deal is an exercise of its own.

You could grab one off the internet, but I’ve never heard of one being “exercised.”

I suspect there are some STR owners that will be exercising their forbearance options.  

That is a good skill building exercise, but still caters to an unproductive approach and is used as a crutch for those with analysis paralysis.

While we're all undoubtedly ready to get back into action with our real estate investing, I thought it would be a fun exercise to reach out to the BP Community and gather some thoughts. 

However, we are now aware that the tenant has in fact exercised their right not to pay rent in compliance with city ordinance.

I am having trouble understanding how the lease is handled when a buyer exercises their option to buy.Example sandwich option: I have a 2 year LO with the original seller I have a 1 year LO with the new tenant buyerBuyer comes across some cash in month 10 of the agreement and is ready to exercise the option. 

And I attract people who want to own the property and will likely take care of it better than a regular renter - which benefits me if they decide not to exercise the option.Hopefully this was helpful for you.
