Rent-to-Own Homes Investing Strategy in the Phoenix Market
Hi all,
Thank you for taking the time to read this. I am looking for some SFH that I can use as a Rent-to-own in the Phoenix Market. I heard that Northern AZ is really good for this strategy however I would like to hear from more people. Is RTO a good investing option in the Phoenix Market? I also found some homes that were vacant for more than 80 days (Hopefully the owner is negotiable) that I will contact.
