We have been working with a trusted local Real Estate Agency (a close friend) but due to the market and his current workload he suggested we try to find an additional agent to work with that is investor friendly.So my question is, in this market, where do I find this type of person?

Ideally we would fix it up and lease it to a company/agency, let them run the show, and just be a landlord. 

Any tips on how I can network w/th real estate agencies, contractors, ..etc will be super helpful.Thank you!

In my experience working with lots of permit agencies/jurisdictions over the years I have learned that it is always best to utilize a city's permit office as the best place to get answers to your specific questions.
