Just starting out and looking for realtor advice

Nathan Conrad
Posted

Hello all! I am just starting out and looking to purchase my first investment property, SF or MF. I have been researching and running the numbers on 100s of homes. I am located in the Lehigh Valley, PA.

I am  working with a partner, and we are hoping to purchase our first property together to hopefully make the process easier. We both have day jobs and families, and are doing this on the side. We have been working with a trusted local Real Estate Agency (a close friend) but due to the market and his current workload he suggested we try to find an additional agent to work with that is investor friendly.

So my question is, in this market, where do I find this type of person?

Thanks in advance for any and all help!!
