I also feel I have a different approach than most, I genuinely look for and expect the worst so I am prepared for this outcome and when my predictions are wrong it is usually to the better and it makes the tasks go much smoother because they were planned with a worst case scenario.I work a full time job that usually is easily a 50+ hour workweek and then do my real estate business outside of that as well as maintain time for my young son amd wife.
