I also feel I have a different approach than most, I genuinely look for and expect the worst so I am prepared for this outcome and when my predictions are wrong it is usually to the better and it makes the tasks go much smoother because they were planned with a worst case scenario.I work a full time job that usually is easily a 50+ hour workweek and then do my real estate business outside of that as well as maintain time for my young son amd wife.

I had to work on weekends after the work week took me 8 months to find a deal.

So on one hand you fantasize about the 4 hour work week, but you want your agent to work 60 hours a week for 30k per year.

The 4 Hour Work Week by Tim Ferriss is by far one of my favorite books and many of the strategies from that book I still use today.

And yes, I've been reading "The 4-Hour Workweek" by Tim Ferriss..

I'd highly suggest reading through chapters 14 and 15 of The 4-Hour Workweek.

I learned about Ryan from Tim Ferris (4 hour workweek) and jumped right into his first 2 books on the subject.

This lead me to read books like Think and Grow Rich, E-myth, Rich Dad Poor Dad, 4 Hour Work Week, Building Wealth One House at a Time, ABC's of REI, and other books listed here on BP.It changed the way I saw being successful and being wealthy.

I realized quickly after graduating that I don't want to be stuck with 40 hour work weeks and nothing to show for it.

I'm the type who always does everything on their own BUT I recently read 'The Four Hour Workweek' which caused me to re-evaluate my entire approach to business.
