Using the Data: Below is the Alteryx workflow I made to find multi-family-zoned deals within a specific price range and zip code.

I hear that podio is great for that, but I haven't seen any builds or workflows that support this.

You can set up workflows however you like.

It would have to be a very very bad day with all the stars misaligned if say, 20 offers get absolutely no feedback whatsoever :)And here's a good chance to review the work flow of making offers from scratch to make sure everything is working for the person making offers not against him :)
