When your offer is not even repsonded to?
If bank already completed their foreclosure. So now property is an REO. What to do if yoiu send in an offer and no one even responds?

How did you send in your offer? If through the listing agent, ask them. If you sent an offer directly to the bank, it probably disappeared into a Black Hole.
