The woman is generally more responsible, more consistent income (I know that most of the rest often comes from her), ambitious and does most of what it takes to keep the place looking nice. 

The woman stated that there was a person assigned to my claim and gave me a phone number to call.

Today, the woman who ghosted called again and said she worked everything out and wanted to know if she could move forward again.

I’ve recently heard that a woman was able to get a squatter out of her rental property by creating a lease for her adult son who waited outside the rental property until the squatter left that day and then went into the house and moved everything out, changed the locks, and told the squatter when he came back that he (the son) had a an actual lease agreement with the owner and had the right to be there and if the squatter didn’t get off the property he would be calling the cops.
