My upbringing is different from that of many people on bigger pockets. 

BUT, I'm tired, tired of being simply a student, with my upbringing I am ready to make a change.This past year my Father was diagnosed with cancer and has since beat the ailment.

Who are you, what was your upbringing, what is your personality like, what good or bad experiences do you have going through life, what movies did you see last week, how good/bad is your girlfriend/boyfriend/dog treating you... these and infinitely more metrics have an effect whether or not someone in foreclosure will sell or not... 

To give a little backsight on my upbringing, I am from Mount Olive, MS.

Real estate experience:Strong upbringing and previous work experience in home repairs/constructionFirst primary residence purchase was a foreclosure that we lived in and flipped (sweat equity!)

Don't get me wrong these areas are improving little by little, there is a good section on 06 that investors are willing to pay above 100k and retail around the 200k upbringing community..

My question is this: When we shoot out properties and a realtor ends up bringing a cash buyer how does the commission get paid out?

Hi @Zana Blue -I think that's a very cool thing to do, plus what if she ends up bringing you a great deal in the future????

That alone lights the fire to learn and excel in real estate to give my children an upbringing like I never had.
