I was referred to MI/OP a few weeks ago, luckily found the other BP threads right away and have been watching this thing unravel since then.

We washed them before using and they came unraveled the first wash.

It's not a continuous loop,  but you don't WANT that,  as a pet or child or chair caught just so can unravel it.  

I think what's missing is by that time comes a lot of the liquidity people have to afford the house today(downpayment, job length, etc.) unravels.
