Well, come tax time, I had to unravel 3 LLCs with quite a bit of expense and am paying double tax because of their lack of care and knowledge.

I expect a slower than expected unraveling, as in not within 1 year but closer to 18-30 months.

Although Frankly I personally would never lend money in NY unless its was extremely low LTV to the very best borrowers.. unravelling NY mortgages time is measured in years not months best to lend in Deed of Trust states were unravelling a bad loan is one year or less and a few grand.

Or, the trust (with trustee other than yourself) owns the property with LLC as beneficiary.Costs: LLC registration, annual secretary of state fees, agent for service fees, bookkeeping fees, tax prep fees, attorney fees to unravel structure mistakes, others I can't think of.Also, there are challenges getting title insurance, property insurance and loans for a trust.This is a way to get your name out of public record, no comment on whether it's good or bad. 

So now they start doing things to scratch that itch, and it starts unraveling the "perfect" Sub2 deal. 

Let's see though, I think the bad data may take longer to unravel or if it doesn't maybe Fed gets proactive in Dec24 or Nov24.
