We have one here locally that was turned into an art gallery for both established artists & new talent.

I absolutely love volunteer opportunities for this reason.Do you have any talents like photography or another skill that you can hone to supplement your income while you work these other means?

Perhaps there are some markets with so many eager, talented, cost-effective, and reliable workers it's easy to find them at exactly the moment some folks need them. 

We are growing need to add some new talent to our Memphis team. 

If it's between a quarter and half full, that's a grey zone.You also need 3M talent.

Just popping my head to say 'hi' to all the wonderful and talented folks here making the BP community richer and stronger (both materially and mentally)!

Ive said this house needs a second bath right from the start and have gotten nowhere(even the realtor said it needed one), the biggest problem I see in this scenario  is that I really wanted and needed someone who has done many of these with the mindset of the investor/REIA  to walk me through, not my dear hubby who although very talented in what he is capable of doing isn't very good at organization, timeliness, of follow through, therefore he has now quit on me and Im stuck trying to learn AND figure this out and not lose my shirt in the process.I had my realtor walk through the job with me and try and help refocus me but I really even need the financial piece played out at this point .

That person could also setup the system/process and train someone at a lower level to manage the day-to-day.I know I didn't give you an answer on pay rates, but I have seen it time and time again; clients hiring under-qualified talent and paying the price in the long run.

All the talent is working in UTC/Sorrento Valley.
