Growing our team: where to look for entry-level talent?

Hey BP world.

We are growing need to add some new talent to our Memphis team.

We are specifically looking for entry-level talent in marketing, acquisitions, general admin, and/or a mix of the three.  I posted the job on our university's website but not even a response.  I posted on Indeed but no luck.  I won't bother with Craiglist because the last time I did that, I was ashamed at the number of people who could not spell-check their three line "cover letter".

Wondering if there are other good websites or idea to find this type of talent.  Prefer to not have to pay to post the job, but will consider it.

Open to other suggestions.

Thanks!
