The agent told me I had to make a new login, so I did, but kept getting an error upon login, so the agent submitted the request to the Research & Resolutions department to fix and it was supposed to take 24 hours.

i see two options here 1) you can go back to dad and break it down as hey i cant close on the house until it's vacant and see if he can help in getting them out, 2) offer some moving expense if the lot is really that desirable to you I know not what you want to hear as the investor but it has worked on numerous occasions, 3) you will have to take it to the courts as final resolution so the sheriff can remove them.

agree, better resolutions pictures would be helpful 

It's crazy to think that I am getting taxed on the debt and I am hoping experts in the matter may have some resolution in this situation.

@Matt Gilroy I think the best way to get resolution is a face to face (or telephone) conversation most people are easier to deal with and more understanding if you speak to them.

Now they simply do not answer emails or calls - I have emailed and called our property manager, the CEO - Jay Walsh, and a new company they seem to be working with called Anchor Management many times but have gotten no resolution.

Our attempts at contacting them for resolution have gone unanswered.

One bit of advice from one BP member to another Make sure you have a really good set of corporate resolution docs, non competes, a really good set of policies and procedures and communicate daily on expectations, goals, and EVERYTHING!
