Tenant may be able to keep drains clean and clear with regular maintenance by pouring down the drain a quarter cup of baking soda followed by a half cup of vinegar.If there is a minor clog in the p-trap (the curved portion) of the pipe under the sink, Tenant may disconnect the pipe, clear the pipe manually, and reconnect the pipe to clear the clog or may call Landlord for assistance.HOME DECORATING.Pictures and shelving may be attached only to drywall walls, using approved hanging devices.Approved hanging devices, such as picture hooks, are available from Landlord at no extra charge.Walls must be returned to their original condition upon end of tenancy.Tenant agrees not to pierce any brick, masonry, woodwork, cabinet or door with nails, screws or any hanging device, as doing so may cause damage beyond repair.Painting is not allowed without prior written consent of Landlord.Holiday decorative lights may be used if they are in good condition, used according to manufacturer instructions, installed at a safe distance from flammable objects, and used in a safe manner, taking caution not to overload electrical circuits.

Trying to find my buyers list so I can reconnect and getting all my ducks back in a row so I can start this again. 

I dont have the law off the top of my head but Indiana Electric and Power discovered that the old meters tended to explode once reconnected after awhile.  

@Christian Mkpado Welcome, just thought I'd chime in to say that I met Glen at the Pasadena meet-up last month and, as a beginner, seeing the re-connection on BP makes the RE circle seem a little smaller.  

So, if we had previously connected via BP, you will most likely receive a colleague request to reconnect.

I had similar experience, bad storm high winds and snow and ice on the lines took down the mast.Power from line to house was disconnected by power company, lines were down and over a car...Power out to both sides of my bungalow and with no power, no heat. and it was well below freezing.I took video at 9pm sent to my electrician and he was out at 6am after power co had shut off the lines, they had many emergencies and I was LOW priority,, he  had all the parts to start and finish the job, because of the video, it took better part of the day. and I paid like 2500.00 he had to reconnect to power box and new mast and wait for power company to come and restring from pole to mast.

I reconnected with F&M Bank and we are moving forward!

The storage room is too big and needs to be fire rated, unless you put up a wall making it less than 100 sq ft, then you are ok, OR, you can reconnect the washer/dryer and now it's a laundry room and is ok.

It made me reconnect with my why and helped me connect with you wonderful mamas.
