Flood zone AE here in Louisiana is pretty much inevitable.

Banks, Credit Unions, direct lenders, portfolio..pretty much the full mix of of lenders any of us would use.They all said the same thing.

Hey AJ,I used @Nick Belsky when I did a refinance in Dayton about 3 years ago, he was able to find me a pretty good loan for my circumstance. 

I've had pretty good success the last couple years with a combination of house hacking and building Accessory Dwelling Units.

I didn't negotiate a ton on price as the deal seemed pretty reasonable.

Guests can become tenants pretty easily.
