I would be lying if i said a balloon payment didn't stress me out and in a perfect scenario you would want the seller you carry the note for the full 30 yr.

I would also like to add - if the tenant does submit it - there is a clause of perjury in the moratorium in which the would be lying on the “loss of income due to covid19” portion
