Well, of course it depends on the individual circumstances, the amount of time comitted and the capital available.

I'm using the heck out of virtual accounts and virtual cards, which is helping keep my finances much more organized for each individual property.

IMO, the best strategy for that type of individual is to purchase residential property in an area they are or can become familiar with; in an area where the neighborhood is “on the rise”, typically where demand exceeds supply and people are spending $$$ on fixing up properties.  

He puts a lot of free content out there to learn from.  

All programs have LLPAs but that's more so any bank's individual guidelines and overlays to specific product pricing.

There was a learning curve about investing in Costa Rica and the costs associated with it and financing and everything else.
