Fortunately in our area parking is not an issue and I cultivate good relations with all of my neighbors. 

Although cellulosic ethanol production still has a negative energy balance like production from corn, trees and switchgrass are much easier to cultivate.

I also realized that, while I’ve never missed paying a bill, my credit wasn’t great (upper 600’s) because I had never cared enough to cultivate it (that has changed).
