Hi.

What a great site. I am glad I found it. My long term goal is to live of passive income in 10 to 15 years and be real estate a part of the mix. I have no active real estate experience yet but plan to change that. Reading only works for so far. Buy and hold is what interests me most but a rehab or two might accelerate the journey.

So far, I think, part time involvement is my way forward. Maybe one day this will change. The long term outlook for the Raleigh/Durham area looks bright, which, I hope, will result in a stable real estate market for years to come.
