And, maybe it's just me, but I always crave more hard details both in posts here and in the most awesome RE podcast on the planet.  

Being from Minnesota which is steeped in Norse culture, I immediately craved a horn of mead and HAD to know the back story.So I read through all of your posts until I got to this one knowing there must be an explanation.BTW, to answer the question you last asked in this thread, I specifically went pro to see who had been looking at my profile and blog, and the very handy benefit of being able to PM anyone on the site.

I craved knowledge. 

I am a "newbie" craving knowledge and insight to eventually take that "jump" into investing.

My bf and I are looking for a change- always had a craving to move to another state.

I know working a W2 job and doing the daily grind is hard and you may be tired at the end of the work day, but crave out a specific amount of time each day to somehow further your real estate education or network.

Greetings everybodyMy name is Howard, and i must say that i am a big fan of BP, and of all the above average minds that meet here to share knowledge. its amazing the amount of actionable info one can gather here for free. i have been a sales consultant in the automotive industry for what i consider to be too long now, and im craving that financial independence and flexibility that real estate investing promises to the determined and focused. i just recently obtained my real estate license, which i did mostly for mls access and im eager to hit the ground running. i have chosen wholesaling as my strategy and i am currently working on my lead generation. my goal is to close on at least 2 properties per month and i plan on working hard to achieve that. i feel like the sky is the limit in this industry, and even though i have very little experience, i am more than willing to help anyone in any way i can. lets all meet at the top.

I knew that what I am doing won’t give me that financial freedom I so crave for my wife and I.

I have never invested before, but I have a craving for knowledge in sales, investing, business ownership and financial freedom that over the past two weeks alone has caused me to listen through almost six books alone, oh which I have gone through a couple of them five and six times each.
