Greetings everybody

My name is Howard, and i must say that i am a big fan of BP, and of all the above average minds that meet here to share knowledge. its amazing the amount of actionable info one can gather here for free. i have been a sales consultant in the automotive industry for what i consider to be too long now, and im craving that financial independence and flexibility that real estate investing promises to the determined and focused. i just recently obtained my real estate license, which i did mostly for mls access and im eager to hit the ground running. i have chosen wholesaling as my strategy and i am currently working on my lead generation. my goal is to close on at least 2 properties per month and i plan on working hard to achieve that. i feel like the sky is the limit in this industry, and even though i have very little experience, i am more than willing to help anyone in any way i can. lets all meet at the top.
