If you don't have legal wording to protect yourself and you acted as matchmaker to the communal living situation in California you may be in trouble.

The property has got a turnkey 3/2 as well as 4 glamping cabins and a communal bathroom already on site.

, maybe making the less "nice" house a laundry / communal place, than having RV / Tiny Home spots.

I would strongly emphasize this if buying into communal property (i.e. ejido) or through trusts (fideicomisos).

From there I can determine a value suitable for my interests.I have questions about the sheriff's sale process, but I will respect this post and save them for another time.Thank you all for creating this communal opportunity.  

And more people will work at home and in communal spaces.

Some downsides I have in mind: harder to find properties with a good ratio of bathrooms to bedrooms, more expensive to buy a large property upfront, higher monthly maintenance costs (I would probably pay for utilities and communal furnishings), and interpersonal conflicts between the residents.
