RV Park - Semi Startup
Good Afternoon,
I am looking to connect with someone who has experience . knowledge in the RV Park business. I currently have 12 acres that has infrastructure to support multiple units (Septic, Power, Water) and am looking to avoid pitfalls, discuss layout etc.
Thanks!

I have an eBook on this topic. Lots of pitfalls for startups vs. buying an existing park. It could take up to two years before you see any cash flow, as long as a year to get the permit for a new Well. Could be a great plan or could be a major headache.
